Presentation followed by discussion on any and all matters regarding the development of a bicycling program and its benefits. (Gene Dalbey, President Yuma Region Bicycle Coalition)
SUMMARY:
There are many good reasons for bicycle commuting, recreational bicycling and creating a strong bike culture in general. Mr. Gene Dalby, President of the Yuma Region Bicycle Coalition, wants to present the development of a bicycling program and its benefits for the community.
