Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) for legal advice with the city's attorney or attorneys regarding any and all matters to address the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (also known as COVID-19) and the continuation of city services.
