SUMMARY:
In March 2020, Health Claim Auditors, Inc. (HCA) performed a Claim Audit of EBSO Benefits (EBSO) located in Findlay, OH.
This audit was performed by collecting claim payment and plan benefit information to examine whether EBSO is doing a proficient job of controlling claim costs while paying claims accurately and within a reasonable period.
This audit reviewed a sample of SIARMED and non-SIARMED medical and dental claims.
