EXECUTIVE SESSION
Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (4), and (7).
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (4), and (7) for discussion or consultation:
- for legal advice with the city attorney or city's attorneys, and/or
- with the city attorney or city's attorneys in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding City Council's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, and/or
- with designated representatives of City Council in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale, or lease of real property.
