ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2171. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, County of Yuma authorizing the adoption of a Relocation Assistance Plan as required under Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended. (Jenny Torres, Economic Development Manager, and Mary French-Jones, Grant Writer)
SUMMARY:
The Relocation Assistance Plan resolution is only required to be adopted every five (5) years by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applicant. The CDBG application for funds must contain a copy of the Resolution adopted is adopted at least every five (5) years from the submitted date to the Arizona Department of Housing CDBG Program.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2171 AS PRESENTED.
