ITEM:
Presentation followed by discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding LaSalle's presentation on capital improvements request and using the Operating Reserve/Repair/Contingency Account under Section 5.06 (e) to pay for equipment and upgrades to the information technology systems at the San Luis Regional Support and Detention Center. (Warden David Rivas and LaSalle IT Specialist Curt Craig)
SUMMARY:
Warden David Rivas and LaSalle IT Specialist Curt Craig will make a presentation to explain the equipment and the upgrades they are seeking. Monica Castro and Kay Marion Macuil will advise on whether the expense meets the Operating Reserve/Repair/Contingency Account criteria.
