Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding the design contract with James Davey and Associates, Inc. for the Merrill Avenue Reconstruction Project - County 22nd Street to Los Oros Street. (Mary French Jones, Grant Writer)
SUMMARY:
The Merrill Avenue Reconstruction Project will reconstruct the roadway between County 22nd Street to Los Oros Street. The project will complete the roadway improvements associated with the Rancho Los Oros Subdivision. The design is one of the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") State Special Project ("SSP") requirements for the competitive round of applications. The CDBG SSP application is scheduled to be submitted in May 2022.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE DESIGN CONTRACT FOR JAMES DAVEY AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE MERRILL AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $38,155.00, AS PRESENTED.
