ITEM:
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(3) and 38-431.03(A)(4) for consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney and/or Attorneys for the City and to consider instructing the City Attorney on any all matters regarding the San Luis Regional Detention Center and related contracts that are subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation. SUMMARY:
The City Attorney will update Council on current status of negotiations, litigation, and settlement, discussions related to the San Luis Regional Detention Center.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(3) AND 38-431.03(A)(4).
