Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(3) and (4).
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) on any and all matters regarding consultation for legal advice with the city attorneys on the laws of annexation, the City of Yuma's pending annexation Ordinance and the intergovernmental agreement with Yuma dated May 6, 2020, regarding annexation.
