Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2273. A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, authorizing and directing the city engineer to order the operation and maintenance of certain retention basins for the area described as Plaza Colibri Commercial Subdivision, San Luis, Arizona. SUMMARY:
Once a resolution creating an Enhanced Municipal Services Improvement District is approved, a resolution authorizing work and approving the implementation of the district is required. This is the resolution implementing Plaza Colibri Commercial Subdivision Enhanced Municipal Services Improvement District.
