EXECUTIVE SESSSION
Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) subsections (1) and (3).
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding action to hold an executive session under A.R.S.§ 38-431.03(A) subsection (1) for appointment of an Acting Police Chief, subsection (3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney regarding the same. SUMMARY:
City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purposes described in the agenda item. Under A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) subsections (1) and (3), City Council is not permitted to direct the City Attorney in executive session.

I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A) SUBSECTIONS (1) AND (3).
