Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding a contract with Pueblo Housing and Community Development for the Southwest Off-Road Series Event on April 13, 2024, in the City of San Luis. (Jenny Torres, Acting City Manager)
SUMMARY:
Pueblo Housing Community Development is holding the Southwest Off-Road Series event in the east part of San Luis on Saturday, April 13, 2024.
The attached contract is for $5,000.00 to fund some of the cost of bringing the event to San Luis, but the city has no other responsibility for the event.
Attached to this agenda item is the letter requesting City participation presented to the City Council at its January 24th regular council meeting.

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT WITH PUEBLO HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE SOUTHWEST OFF-ROAD SERIES EVENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.00, AS PRESENTED.
