EXECUTIVE SESSION
Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A) (3) and (4).
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) (3) on any and all matters regarding the agreement among the San Luis Facility Development Corporation, LaSalle Corrections, and U.S. Bank National Association for legal advice.
