ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding an amendment to the operating and management agreement with LaSalle Corrections to extend the expiration date. (Kay Marion Macuil, General Counsel)
SUMMARY:
The amendment extends the expiration date through February 28, 2025, with the goal of keeping facility while working with the Federal Agencies and the Bank.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENT TO THE OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH LASALLE CORRECTIONS.
