ITEM:

Presentation of the elected board member to serve on the San Luis Police Department Public Safety Personnel Local Retirement Board. (Mary Barajas, Human Resources Generalist) 
 

SUMMARY:

The City needed to fill an expired term and vacancy on the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) as the previous elected member’s term expired on November 1, 2024.

As outlined in ARS § 38-847 A.1, a secret ballot election was held, and Lt. Alan Guevara was selected by the Police Department to serve on the PSPRS Local Board.
