Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03(A)(1)(3) and (4).
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A) subsections (1), (3) and (4) on any and all matters relating to the position of Magistrate to discuss or consider employment, assignment, appointment, including possible discussion of confirmation of appointment and/or discussion of approval of terms and/or conditions pursuant to San Luis City Code § 34.20, and consultation with the City Attorney or City's attorneys regarding the same.
