Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2), and (A)(3), and review the Independent Medical Examination (IME) for former Firefighter Jesus Campas Burrola received on December 12, 2025. (Lesli Sorensen, Local Board Attorney).

SUMMARY:
The PSPRS Local Board Attorney can properly advise the Board by holding an executive session for the purposes described in the agenda item.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03(A)(2) and (3).
