Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) on any and all matters regarding TRONIX SOUND charges for equipment and instruments for the bands at the 2016 4th of July event for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney in order to consider its position and instruct the City Attorney regarding the City's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation. SUMMARY:
City Council can be properly advised by holding an Executive Session for the purposes described in the agenda item.

I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) SUBSECTIONS (3) AND (4) AS DESCRIBED IN THE AGENDA ITEM.
