Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S.§38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) for legal advice and to consider the City's position and instruct its Attorney with respect to a proposal by Labrie Enviorquip Group. (Jenny Torres, Community Development Director and Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney)
SUMMARY:
City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purposes described in the agenda item.

I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO §§ 38-431.03 (A) SUBSECTIONS (3) and (4) AS DESCRIBED IN THE AGENDA ITEM.
