Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding the Assessments District fund balance for the repair of retention basin walls. (Omar Velazquez, Parks Department Supervisor)
SUMMARY:
The Parks & Recreation Department is requesting to use the Assessments District funds to repair retention basin walls that are in crucial need of repair. The local vendor, Tornado Fence LLC, has been contacted in regards to this project and has provided us with a quote for services requested. Tornado Fence LLC is charging the amount of $4,850.00; materials, labor and taxes are included within this total amount.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
MOTION TO APPROVE USE OF ASSESSMENTS DISTRICT FUND BALANCE FOR THE PAYMENT TO TORNADO FENCE LLC IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,850.00 FOR REPAIR OF RETENTION BASIN WALLS.
