ITEM:
Discussion on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 1175. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, adopting an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of San Luis and the Yuma County for the Yuma Region-Imagery Acquisition Consortium project. (Isaac Gutierrez, GIS Technician)
SUMMARY:
The City of San Luis wishes to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Yuma County and participating entities to acquire Digital Aerial Orthogonal Imagery and Digital Aerial Oblique Imagery both in 3 and 9 inch resolutions. Digital Aerial Imagery will be used in our mapping applications and will replace our 2008 imagery provided by the state. The acquisition of the Digital Aerial Imagery will not only enhance accuracy but will also provide better image resolution. This project consists of two phases which will be completed by end of Fiscal Year 2016-2017. Phase 2 will be presented at a future City Council meeting for approval. Phase 1 has a total cost of approximately $11,822.38.

I MOVE TO APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION 1175.
