Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 1178. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis approving and adopting an Intergovernmental Agreement with Yuma Union High School District #70 regarding a wastewater utility easement. (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney)
SUMMARY:
Yuma Union High School District #70 are negotiating a wastewater utility easement which will connect to the Las Quintas De San Luis 2 subdivision development and provide for connection stub-outs for the school to connect a concession stand and restroom for the recreational area.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO ADOPT AND APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 1178.
