ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding a settlement between San Luis Facility Development Corporation and Emerald Correctional Management L.L.C. (Kay Marion Macuil, Attorney for SLFDC)
SUMMARY:
Apart from the settlement in the previous Agenda Item, Emerald Correctional Management L.L.C. (Emerald) has made an offer to settle any potential claims San Luis Facility Development Corporation may have due to Emerald ceasing operations the first week of April without notice.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE SETTLEMENT WITH EMERALD AS PRESENTED.
