Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2017-01. A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the San Luis Municipal Property Corporation (the "Corporation") authorizing the date of the annual meeting to be changed and amending the By Laws, Aricle Iv, Section 1. (Kay Marion Macuil, Attorney for the Corporation)
SUMMARY:
Currently, the Annual Meeting of the San Luis Municipal Property Corporation is the first Tuesday in December. This date is inconvenient for the Board. This resolution allows the Board to vote for a more convenient date.
