SUMMARY:
Mr. Ruben Alberto Walshe submitted a Liquor License application to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. The notice of the application was posted in a conspicuous place at the premises proposed to be licensed by the above applicant and said notice was posted for at least twenty (20) days pursuant to A.R.S. §4-201. The Office of the City Clerk has not received any comments in favor of or against it. Staff recommends approval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for La Concha Marisqueria.
