Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) (3) and (4)
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session jointly with the San Luis City Council pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) (3) and (4) on any and all matters regarding purchasing surplus buses from the Federal Government for use by the San Luis Regional Detention and Support Center for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the San Luis Facility Development Corporation's Attorney or attorneys in order to consider the City / Corporation's position and instruct its attorneys.
