Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding recommendation to City Council to reappoint or appoint directors to the Board of the San Luis Facilities Development Corporation before the current board's term expires on July 29, 2018. (Jenny Torres, Board President)
SUMMARY:
The terms of all the members of the San Luis Facility Development Corporation expire on July 29, 2018. The only requirement for membership is that the members be residents of San Luis, Arizona. City Council appoints the directors.
