Vote to hold and Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7)
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion or consultation with the City's Attorneys for legal advice and in order to consider City Council's position and instruct its Attorneys/designated representatives regarding negotiations for the lease of real property or contracts subject to negotiation with Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACCT).
