Discussion on any and all matters regarding an informational update on the development of a mixed-use commercial project. (Jenny Torres, Economic Development Manager)

SUMMARY:

Representatives from San Luis Commercial Holdings, L.L.C desire to provide an update to City Council on the status of the proposed development of a brand hotel, restaurant, a franchise convenient store with gas station, and another tax generating business on the project site to be located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Highway 95 and County 22nd Street within the San Luis city limits.
