ITEM:

Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding the Service Agreement for EBSO  as the Third Party Administrator.  (Olivia Jenkins, Human Resources Manager)

SUMMARY:

At the April 2018 meeting of the Board of Trustees, the Trustees approved the change of third-party administrator since Mayo is no longer in the business of third party administration.  At that time, the Trustee's broker presented a choice of three (3) third-party administrators and the Trustees chose EBSO.

This action item is simply to approve EBSO's contract effective July 1, 2018,

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO APPROVE AND RATIFY THE CONTRACT WITH EBSO EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018.
