Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(1)(3) and (4).
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) subsections (1),(3) and (4) on any and all matters relating to the position of Magistrate to discuss or consider employment, assignment, appointment, including possible discussion of confirmation of appointment and/or discussion of approval of terms and/or conditions pursuant to San Luis City Code §34.20, and consultation with the City Attorney or City's attorneys regarding the same.
