Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) (3)(,4) and (7)
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session jointly with the San Luis Facility Development Corporation and the San Luis City Council pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) (3), (4) and (7) on any and all matters regarding contracts and proposals related to the San Luis Regional Detention and Support Center for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the public bodies' attorneys, in order to consider instruct the public body's attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts and proposals on the above-mentioned property. (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney and Attorney for the San Luis Facility Development Corporation)
