ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and matters regarding the normal retirement application of Luis Marquez.
SUMMARY:
Luis Marquez has submitted his resignation and has applied for normal retirement.
Under A.R.S. 8-847(D) and the PSPRS Revised Model Uniform Rules of Local Board Procedure, the Board is to decide the service credits and the amount, manner and time of payment of benefits under the PSPRS Plan.

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE RETIREMENT APPLICATION OF LUIS MARQUEZ WITH THE SERVICE CREDITS, AND THE AMOUNT AND TIME OF PAYMENT OF THE BENEFITS UNDER THE PSPRS PLAN.
