ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding adopting a seal for the San Luis Municipal Property Corporation. (Kay Marion Macuil, Corporation Attorney)
SUMMARY:
As discussed in the by-laws of 1983 the corporation shall have a seal. Mr. Domingo Sosa from the IT department at the City of San Luis has created a draft for the corporation and is attached so that the board members may consider adopting it.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO ADOPT THE CORPORATION SEAL AS PRESENTED.
