Discussion of any and all matters concerning the San Luis Regional Detention Center. (Hull Youngblood, General Counsel of Emerald Companies)
SUMMARY:
Hull Youngblood is the General Counsel of Emerald Companies. Emerald Companies is the operator of the the San Luis Regional Detention Center, which is owned by the municipal corporation, San Luis Facilities Development Corporation. Hull Youngblood will be giving an informational presentation regarding the Detention Center.
