ITEM:

Discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding the December 19, 2018, Tischler Bise Draft Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Development Fee Report.  (Monica Castro, Director of Finance and Tadeo A. De La Hoya, City Manager)

SUMMARY:

This item is to give City Council an opportunity to review with staff the proposed plans for infrastructure improvements and proposed development fees to offset the cost of infrastructure improvements before it goes to the notice and public hearing process for adoption.
 
A.R.S. Section 9-463.05(D) requires that the city update its land use assumptions and infrastructure improvement plans every five (5) years developed by qualified professionals.  Ben Griffin of TischlerBise presented the report on December 19, 2018 to Council (the report and the  minutes of the December 19, 2018 meeting are attached)

Discussion and possible directions to staff only, no action.
