Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Order No. 2019-4. An order of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona to authorize the City of San Luis Police Department to enter into a memorandum of understanding between the City of San Luis, City of Yuma, City of Somerton, Cocopah Indian Tribe and Quechan Indian Tribe. SUMMARY:
The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is for the shared use of the Yuma Regional Communication System (YRCS), South County Public Safety Server Farm (SCnty Server) and its New World AEGIS software, which will provide the agencies the shared access to the YRCS Public Safety Software System (PSSS) for the purpose of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RM) and Mobile for Field Reporting.
