ITEM:
Discussion and possible directions to staff regarding the Fleet Maintenance Facility Expansion Project. (Eulogio Vera, Director of Public Works)
SUMMARY:
The City of San Luis Fleet Division has been working with Thompson Design Architects on concepts for our new fleet shop. Staff is now ready to move into the design and construction phase and would like to enter into a contract with Thompson Design Architects for these services. The project will increase the productivity of the shop and will provide much-needed space for safer operations.
