Discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding the progress on the Request for Proposals for Operations. (Kay Marion Macuil, Corporation Attorney)
SUMMARY:
The operating agreement with LaSalle Corrections expires December 1, 2019. On April 9, 2019, the San Luis Facility Development Corporation approved soliciting bids for operation of the San Luis Regional Detention and Support Center. The request for qualifications (RFQ) is open to arrangements that the respondents may wish to make. Please see the attached final Notice and RFQ.
