ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2019-03. A resolution of the Board of Directors of the San Luis Facility Development Corporation Board adopting and approving an amendment to the Intergovernmental Service Agreement with ICE to decrease the guaranteed minimum paid-for-bed from 250 to 100 starting March 14, 2020.
