Discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2145. A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona amending the assessment for fiscal year 2020/2021 for the Rio Sereno Enhanced Municipal Services District to reduce the tax imposed from $60,944.00 to $11,031.00. SUMMARY:
In performing its due diligence, the staff reviewed the figures for the Rio Sereno assessment and recommends that City Council approve Resolution No .2145 for presentation at the Yuma County Supervisor's November 19, 2020. Meeting.
