ITEM:
Presentation by Berkeley Research Group, LLC on the feasibility study for natural gas for San Luis, Arizona and San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico. (Jenny Torres, Economic Development Manager and Sudhanshu Haldar, Associate Director for Berkeley Research Group)
SUMMARY:
The North American Development Bank (NADBANK) provided the City of San Luis with a technical assistance grant to develop a feasibility study for natural gas for San Luis, Arizona and San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico. Berkeley Group, the consultant for the project, will be providing a presentation on the results of the study. The presentation will include an executive summary, project overview, current situation, demand estimation, supply analysis, conceptual design, supply alternatives, economic feasibility, regulatory requirements, conclusion and recommendations.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
Discussion and possible directions to staff only, no action.
