EXECUTIVE SESSION
Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A), subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4) and A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (D).
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A), subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4) and A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (D) on any and all matters relating to the position of Director of Human Resources and consultation with the attorney or attorneys of the City regarding the same. Matters to be discussed to include but not limited to the circumstances as to the loss of the Director of Human Resources and the options going forward such as transition and hiring process. (Council Members Gloria Torres, Council Member Luis E. Cabrera and Council Member Jose Ponce)

I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) SUBSECTIONS (1), (2), (3) AND (4) AND § 38-431.03 (D).
