Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03(A)(3) and 38-431.03(A)(4)
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A) subsections (3) and (4) on any and all matters regarding the lease with Advanced Call Center Technologies for discussion or consultation for legal advice or to consider the city's position and instruct its attorneys regarding the lease that is the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement to avoid or resolve litigation. SUMMARY:
Scott Holcomb of the national law firm of Dickinson Wright represents the city in negotiations with Advanced Call Center Technologies. Scott Holcomb will be present by phone or video conferencing, and can properly advise the Council by holding an Executive Session for the purposes described in the agenda item.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03(A)(3) AND (4).
