Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) for legal advice with the City Attorney or City's Attorneys regarding procedure for extension of the corporate limits. (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney and Glenn J. Gimbut, Assistant City Attorney )
SUMMARY:
The City Council can be properly advised in executive session by holding an Executive Session for the purpose described in the agenda item.

I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §38-341.03(A)(3) AS DESCRIBED IN THE AGENDA ITEM.
