Discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds and allocation recommendations from staff. (Monica Castro, Director of Finance)
SUMMARY:
Signed into law on March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (“ARPA”) provides $350 billion in funding for state and local governments. Staff will present an overview of this federal program.
Staff will also present a list of projects that are eligible for the program for the City Council's consideration.
