Staff will be making a presentation to the Mayor and City Council regarding the proposed utility rate adjustment.
City Council will reserve final decision until after Public Hearing at its Regular City Council Meeting,
March 22, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. City Council will act immediately after the Public Hearing.
