SUMMARY:
Mr. Gorgonio George Molina submitted a Liquor License Application to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. The notice and the application were posted in a conspicuous place at the premises proposed to be licensed by the above applicant and said notice was posted for at least twenty (20) days pursuant to A.R.S. § 4-201. The City Clerk's office has not received any comments in favor of or against the application. Staff recommends approval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for Patio Sushi and More Two Inc.
