Discussion and possible directions to staff on any and all matters regarding Assistant City Attorney Glenn Gimbut's proposed Contract. (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney, and Glenn Gimbut, Assistant City Attorney)
SUMMARY:
At present time Glenn Gimbut is employed as Assistant City Attorney as a part-time employee and has been so employed since October 16, 2015. This contract would replace the current contract and would expire on October 15, 2025.
The contract will be attached to this agenda before the meeting.

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT WITH GLENN GIMBUT AS PRESENTED.
