EXECUTIVE SESSION
Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) on any and all matters regarding the relocation of the Taxi Stand for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney, in order to consider its position and instruct its City Attorney regarding the city's responsibility. (Joe Estes, Interim City Attorney)
